Farm Matters is currently our leading software for farm record keeping and management, however we also offer several other software packages as well as the option of producing bespoke software tailored to your individual needs.

Pedigree Plus is our Breed Society Registration software. It is bespoke software meaning it is specially designed to fulfill each society’s slightly differing needs. Currently there are two versions, the offline office version and the online interactive version. The online version allows society members to enter registrations into a webpage, where they go through stringent validation checks. Both versions include an office back end which allows the society full control over the data held and prints off tailor made breed certificates.

Single Payment Manager is our software for completion of the Single Farm Payment forms. This software allows easy entry of all your field data and the other data required to complete the Single Payment Forms and prints off RPA accepted Field Data Printouts that can be attached to your form and sent in. The advantages of using this software are it is easy to enter the data and then makes changes to it before printing a clean understandable FDP (no mistakes due to unintelligible hand writing) as well as having the data the following year as a base to work from. In 2003 and 2004 our software was the only software to make electronic applications of the then IACS forms. In the future the RPA plan to allow electronic submissions again and we intend to make this software use of those facilities when they are ready.

With the requirement to complete a Soil Protection Review as of this year our SPR Assistant software allows the SPR booklet to be entered onto the computer and then printed out (as used by our farm consultants). Having the data on the computer as well as a printed copy gives reassurance against loss as a new copy can be printed and easy amendments to be made.

As well as supplying the software above we can also produce bespoke software to meet most requirements. We have expertise in .NET C# and Visual Studio programming as well as ASP.NET, JavaScript and HTML for web programming. We can produce either Windows based software, Web (Internet) based software or a combination. We have experience using SQL Server, MySQL and Microsoft Access databases.
