Farm Matters is the next evolution in Lines Mitchell's Farm Management Software vastly improving on the previous software, LMeNTRY. Farm Matters is developed in the latest technologies to keep you fully up to date with today's requirements. Farm Matters can be used purely for legislative record keeping or a farm management solution. Farm Matters allows you to keep records for cattle, sheep, arable and vet/med. Using a simple yet highly versatile interface the program is easy to use while still offering advanced functionality for those wanting more. Cattle Movement Book, Sheep Continuous Flock Record, Medicine Book, Herd/Flock Health Plan are a few of the many reports that can be produced by Farm Matters for your own management and to help inspections go smoothly.
Applying for passports and notifying movements are very important tasks and Farm Matters makes use of the latest development from BCMS called CTS Web Services. This allows you to send your application through the internet, saving time on filling out passport applications/movement cards, saving on the cost of posting the applications (Especially now postage prices have increased) and removing the risk of applications being lost in the post. Another benefit of the new services is the ability for the Farm Matters software to check your On Farm records against what CTS think you have on farm, pointing out any discrepancies between each set of records. This gives you confidence that your records are right incase of an inspection.
With things changing so rapidly in the farming industry these days it is important to keep your Farm Matters software up to date. Single Payment Supervisor
Single Payment Supervisor, by Paul Holliday Software, is the latest software for completion of the Single Farm Payment forms. This software allows easy entry of all your field data and the other data required to complete the Single Payment Forms.
This year the RPA is accepting electronic submissions of the Single Payment Forms via the Government Gateway. The advantages of this are you will be able to download your details from the RPA into the software and then easily and securely submit your application via Single Payment Supervisor.
This software includes easy entry and manipulation of data, printing of the application data for your own records, as well as a validation check of your application prior to submission.
